Everyone who knows me knows I'm a sucker for a mug, I like the origins of your company and thought I'd try one out and whilst I hear you say but it's just a mug which to be fair yes it is but it's the right size,weight and has the right sort of handle to be my mug, it came well packaged and delivered with no problems the only drawback for me personally is the text needs to be bigger so that others can read it may have the the bear on one side of the mug and the text on the other
